These Terms & Conditions govern the booking and occupancy of 1 RK homes at Galaxy Cottage, Sector 52, Gurgaon. By enquiring, booking, or moving into a unit, you agree to the terms below.
Units are allotted on availability basis. A reservation is confirmed only after payment of the advance/security deposit as communicated at the time of booking.
Monthly rent is due by the 5th of every month. Late payments may attract additional charges as communicated by management. Unless otherwise stated, rent covers the unit only — utilities such as electricity and water are billed separately as applicable.
Each unit comes fully furnished with a bed, mattress, wardrobe, and study table, along with high-speed Wi-Fi and 24/7 power backup, as described on our website.
Residents must provide a minimum of 30 days' written notice before vacating a unit. Vacating without adequate notice may result in forfeiture of the security deposit.
To maintain a comfortable environment for all residents, the premises does not permit loud disturbances, smoking, or alcohol consumption in common areas. Visitors are welcome in designated common areas during reasonable hours.
The refundable security deposit is returned within 15 working days of vacating the unit, after deduction of any pending dues or damages.
CCTV cameras monitor common areas for the safety of all residents. Management is not responsible for loss of personal belongings due to resident negligence.
Management reserves the right to terminate a tenancy with immediate effect in case of violation of house rules, rent arrears exceeding 15 days, or conduct disruptive to other residents.
Galaxy Cottage is not liable for any loss, damage, or delay arising from events beyond our reasonable control.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued occupancy after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
